As a family owned company we have always been totally committed to customer service. Since establishing in the Fylde in 1987 we have built up a large following of regular trade buyers drawn from a very wide area, as well as attracting an ever growing number of private buyers to our twice weekly sale.
Our whole streamline operation has been modeled on multi-national car auction companies. Like these large organisations we are members of the Society of Motor Auctions and as such have to abide by their strict codes of conduct and terms and conditions which include offering an independent Arbitration Service if required.
However, we know that we have the edge at a local level in the quality of service we provide and in the far more competitive commission rates and charges we offer.
We offer 250-300 vehicles per week with entries received from many sectors including local authorities, bailiffs, liquidators, solicitors and finance companies as well as the more traditional main agents, local garages, local businesses and private sellers.

Company Secretary Irene Holmes has been with West Coast Motor Auctions since the start. Irene is always available to offer any assistance whatsoever, be it by phone, fax or e-mail.
All vehicles entered in the auction are stored at all times on our purpose built 3 acre site that includes:

- Large floodlit compound to hold 100 entries
- Internal garaging for a further 60+ vehicles
